2015 - 2020
Led strategic initiatives within the global marketing team, initially as the lead data scientist supporting Display. Spearheaded the development of data science products optimizing vendor selection,
led attribution modeling efforts, measured campaign effectiveness, and designed A/B testing frameworks.
Transitioned to Marketing Insights, directing small data science teams. Drove website engagement by building models for user CLVs, focusing on image recognition models to elevate CTR and site engagement, enhancing overall marketing impact.
2014 - 2015
During my tenure at Alpha Bank, I played a pivotal role in the bank’s digital transformation, spearheading the establishment
of the first marketing data mart from a data science perspective. I led cross-functional teams, both internal and external, in executing the inaugural marketing propensity models,
laying the groundwork for future campaigns.
Additionally, I developed models to predict illicit transactions during the financial crisis,
addressing challenges related to moving money out of the country. I presented a comprehensive roadmap for analytical transformation to senior leadership,
contributing significantly to the bank’s strategic direction.
2012 - 2014
As a key contributor at Accenture within the Global Hub for Marketing Analytics, I led small teams dedicated to delivering impactful solutions across diverse sectors,
including telecommunications, banking, FMCG, and retail.
My primary focus encompassed the proficient coding and development of data science models.
Beyond technical aspects, I played a pivotal role in preparing comprehensive
results and presentations, effectively bridging the gap between complex analytics and business stakeholders. This role honed my ability to navigate multifaceted industries
while ensuring the seamless integration of data-driven insights into strategic decision-making processes.
