Led global marketing analytics — vendor optimisation, Marketing Mix Modelling, multi-touch attribution, and CLV prediction. Designed and scaled A/B testing frameworks including multi-armed bandit approaches. Built eBay's first Global MMM using Bayesian Regression, moving beyond last-click attribution.
Banking
Established the first marketing data mart during the bank's digital transformation. Built propensity models for the inaugural DS-driven marketing campaign and a fraud detection model during the Greek financial crisis. Presented an analytics transformation roadmap to senior leadership.
